Mal & Jenny Graetz and Tom Ryan rented these duplex cottages from Jan. 1979. They had a shared kitchen and bathroom.

The Graetz family relocated to 55 Sydenham Road after Jireh Community purchased the house June 1981

The Vietnamese Wen family shifted in for 2 weeks after the Graetz family moved out.

Located on the corner of Fisher St. & Sydenham Road. The Graetz family lived there from July 1981- May 1987.

The cottage after purchase in July 1980 was named "House of Praise". Sue Franklin was living there at the time.
